Entry-level Statistician (Wokingham, UK)

This is a permanent position, on a full or part-time basis.

Your role:

  • Converting clinical research questions into statistical/epidemiological modelling concepts
  • Synthesising, analysing and interpreting clinical trial data using SAS and/or R
  • Providing statistical consulting as an active member of a project team
Your profile:
  • BSc/MSc in Statistics/Biostatistics or equivalent knowledge/expertise
  • Graduates and career-young (Bio)statisticians (1 – 2 years experience) are encouraged to apply
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Knowledge in statistical programming languages preferred (SAS and/or R), with the willingness to become proficient in SAS programming
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Legal right to live and work in the UK

Senior HTA Biostatistician (UK)

This is a permanent position, on a full or part-time basis.

Your role:

  • Applying innovative statistical approaches to solve novel HTA-related data challenges
  • Leading the analysis of patient data from clinical, observational, and real-world data trials in support of HTA submissions
  • Developing / reviewing HTA-related analysis plans
  • Producing / quality controlling statistical outputs, summaries, and reports
  • Providing statistically related HTA guidance to internal project teams and clients
  • Engaging with clients to understand project requirements and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Supporting systematic literature reviews, data extraction, and analysis
  • Conducting feasibility assessments of direct and indirect evidence
  • Critically appraising the quality and reliability of data sources to support HTA decision-making
  • Mentoring, training and providing guidance to junior colleagues
  • Contributing to internal training initiatives, process improvement, and business development
Your profile:
  • MSc/PhD in Statistics/Biostatistics or equivalent
  • Solid understanding of the clinical drug development and HTA-related regulations and processes
  • Familiarity with statistical methodology relating to direct/indirect evidence (NMA, ITC, MAIC)
  • Proficiency in R and/or SAS
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
